If you already know how to apply makeup, our one-on-one lessons will help you hone your skills; if you’re a beginner, they’ll teach you everything you need to know. Each lesson is entirely hands-on — we demonstrate on one side of your face, then coach you through the other.

We’ll cover the right brushes and tools for each stage and can concentrate on a specific technique — a smoky eye, winged liner, a dewy summer look, or something dramatic. Bring your own cosmetics so you learn to use them at home; you’ll also receive a complimentary set of high-quality brushes.

1–2 times per year we offer salon group workshops specializing in a different technique or cosmetic area — “For Your Eyes Only” eye-design techniques, “Read My Lips” ombré lip color, and more. These lean toward doing your own makeup, but the skills transfer.

Make a reservation for a private lesson in our makeup studio or at your location. Lessons can be tailored to whichever aspects of makeup application you want to learn, and each session lasts up to two hours. We’ll walk you through techniques for the cosmetics you already own and suggest additions that take your collection to the next level.

Bachelorette, birthday, or just for fun — our Certified Professional Makeup Artist / Licensed Cosmetologist brings beauty hacks and a ton of fun. Like a paint night, but you leave with a practical skill. On-site at your home, business, or an Airbnb, or in the studio — we supply mirrors, brushes, powder puffs, and a qualified artist to lead the class. Now booking groups of 3+.

Are you an aspiring makeup artist, or already working and want to expand your skill set? Become a Freelance Makeup Artist with this exciting course, taught by award-winning professional makeup artist Wil Strayhorn. You’ll learn from one of the best with in-depth 1-on-1 feedback, and upon completion receive a certificate and a professional photoshoot.
